The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, electric kettle, dishwasher and cooking utensils, and will allow you to prepare quick snacks or full meals. A bedroom equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe. Bathroom with bathtube and bidet. Large balcony furnished with table and chairs. Upon arrival, you'll be asked to pay the city tax of 3,50 euros per person per night, as requested by the Municipality of Rome. A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours: - EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00 - EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00 All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in. The deposit needs to be paid before the arrival.
