Entering the apartment for your exclusive use, you will find a beautiful antique mirror at the entrance, on the left the living room with a large and comfortable sofa bed to watch TV, a dining table to eat or work in smart working, a nice bookshelf and some retro design objects. On the opposite side, you can sleep in a beautiful double bedroom with two large armchairs and a large mirror inside. From the hallway you can access the brand new bathroom with a large shower. Also from the hallway you will have access to the comfortable closed kitchen with another table inside with chairs, stove, washing machine and refrigerator in addition to the microwave background, toaster and electric kettle. You also get access to a nice private balcony with city view. Monthly charge of 100 euros for Condominio Fee. Cleaning fee at check-out: 100 Euros.
