L'appartamento è così disposto: al piano superior(hidden) zona notte composta da due camere da letto: una double e una twin, nella camera double è presente un bagno privato, mentre per la camera twin è presente un bagno di servizio al piano; al piano inferiore vi si trova il soggiorno luminosissimo con cucina a vista ben equipaggiata di ogni confort, adiacente alla cucina una piccola stanza adibita a studio con possibilità di posto letto singolo da poltrona, il divano del soggiorno offre un divano singolo all'occorrenza. L'appartamento dispone di aria condizionata centralizzata e di pavimento riscaldato, entrambi regolabili in ogni ambiente della casa.

After booking confirmation, In order to proceed with the next steps and complete the booking, we need to ask you to provide some information and documents that you will have to send in the next 7 days from today. The information to be sent is mandatory for all incoming tenants, including minors if present.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The requested documents must show the real and valid reasons for the stay in Italy (study, work or other valid for Italian law, residents in the same municipality of destination are not accepted for transitory reasons.
For bookings with arrival within the next 7 days or in the following 24/48 hours after booking confirmation, customers must immediately send all the required documentation and proceed with the missing payments (Security Deposit, Utilities, Final Cleaning) otherwise the property will proceed with the immediate cancellation of the booking and will withhold the payment of the first month's rent paid to the portal without any refund.
Requested documents:
1-Documents: Passport or identity card for European citizens
2- Legal address of residence in the country of origin.
3- Tax Code for Italian citizens or residents in Italy.
4- School registrations, employment contracts, business trips, courses, internships, treatments, medical visits or hospitalizations, other things to be evaluated.
