The room, bright and comfortable, has a lounge area with a sofa bed, and is furnished with a mezzanine square bed, office zone with studio, two-door wardrobe and wooden chest of drawers.
The room is equipped ready to use: from sheets to crockery, from textiles to bathroom accessories and main appliances in the kitchen and in common areas.
Bills for utilities, as for all the rooms, are calculated at forfeit. Included in the price also a weekly cleaning service. Additional services are possible on request such as: pick-up to and from the airport, a laundry service for a weekly change of linen and textiles for the bathroom, the supply of accessories such as espresso coffee machine (with supply of pods for Preparation of the coffee) and much more that you will discover at your arrival or only by requesting it.
The apartment, recently renovated and furnished in a modern style, consists of 8 rooms and 3 bathrooms as well as a living room, kitchen and a large private terrace. The apartment is located in the central Via Salaria, in front of the splendid Villa Ada, one of the largest and most beautiful villas in Rome. About 10 minutes from metro B1 - S. Agnese / Annibaliano, in a residential area but complete with all services (buses, supermarkets, banks, post office, local market, multiplex cinema, characteristic bars and pubs). LUISS and Sapienza University just a few bus stops away.
Villa Ada, with its 180 hectares of land, is the second largest park in Rome for territorial extension, after Villa Pamphili. Inside, several buildings of historical interest such as the Royal Villa (once, like the whole villa, owned by the Italian royal family of Savoy), the Temple of Flora, the Villa Polissena, the Royal Stables, the Swiss Chalet, the Tower Gothic.
