La stanza è disponibile per un periodo minimo di 3 mesi e un periodo massimo di 24 mesi.

Single room, strategically located in Rome near the subway and many services, measuring 20 sqm with a bathroom right next door. featuring a double bed and two additional beds, along with a desk and wardrobe in the room. The room is equipped with all comforts such as a smart TV, ceiling fan, and air conditioning. Among the shared spaces, there is a 20 sqm living area with a table and chairs for 4-5 people. Guests can also use the kitchen with cooking utensils and a refrigerator. There's a 60 sqm outdoor patio for drying clothes and a washing machine.
The monthly rent is €550 + €100 for expenses.
The room is available for a minimum period of 3 months and a maximum period of 24 months.
BATHROOM: It is shared but only with another tenant adjacent to the bedroom which gives a lot of privacy.
