Beautiful top floor flat in an absolute city centre location in Rostock, directly on the shopping street and only 5 minutes from the water. Sunny flat with a wonderful view on the 5th floor, unfortunately no lift, comfortably furnished with all the trimmings. 180 wide bed, beautiful details, large windows, dining table with four chairs, which can also be used as a desk, 2 sofas in a living/bedroom. Suitable for a maximum of two people. Strong Wifi is available, there is a dishwasher in the kitchen, you can use everything that is there, washing machine in the flat in the bathroom with bathtub. Downstairs there are supermarkets, restaurants and all shopping facilities. I will be out of the country from November for at least 4 months and am looking forward to tenants who appreciate beautiful objects and comfortable living. GEZ is paid, registration not possible.
