Room description

The 3-room apartment, which was freshly renovated in 2023 in accordance with the requirements of a monument, has 51m² and is located on the top floor of the medieval house Amberg 14 facing the quiet inner courtyard. The apartment is comfortably furnished and fully equipped, so that only your personal belongings have to be carried upstairs. The apartment was renovated with building biology and historical materials and has a good living climate. The walls are plastered with clay and lime and painted with a lime paint.
There is a bedroom with a 180x200cm double bed which is connected to the dressing room via sliding doors.
In the living room you will find a large sofa overlooking the 55" Smart TV with Netflix. There is also a large dining table and a small workspace.
From the living rooms you have a wonderful view of the Warnow and AIDA headquarters.

The house is right next to the Petri Church and the Old Market, the nucleus of Rostock in the 12th century, in today's eastern Old Town. From here you can easily reach the old town, the city harbor and the pedestrian zone at the Neuer Markt on foot, by bike or with an e-scooter. This gives you a perfect starting point to explore Rostock!
