This modern and stylish holiday apartment accommodates up to four guests and is ideal for couples, families, or friends looking to explore Rostock and the Baltic Sea coast.

The separate bedroom features two comfortable box-spring beds (each 90 × 200 cm), which can be arranged either as a double bed or as two single beds.

The bright living area offers a particularly flexible sleeping arrangement: during the day, two additional full-size 90 × 200 cm beds, fitted with backrests and seat covers, create a spacious and comfortable sofa area. When needed, they can be quickly converted into two single beds or one comfortable double bed (180 × 200 cm). This means you can enjoy a cosy living room during the day and four proper beds at night – without having to use a sofa bed.

The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, Cafissimo capsule coffee machine, as well as all essential cookware and kitchen utensils. The dining area provides plenty of space for enjoying meals together.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. A washing machine is also available free of charge, making the apartment particularly convenient for longer stays.

Both the living room and bedroom are equipped with Smart TVs (50" and 40" respectively), allowing you to use your own streaming services such as Netflix, Prime Video, or Disney+.

Free Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are all included in the price. Free street parking is available directly in front of the building.
