The balcony is shared among the residents, providing a common space to enjoy the outdoors. The rest of the building is undergoing renovation, with plans to transform it into a museum in the near future once the work is completed. Therefore, we ask for your cooperation in following these rules:1. Temperature must not exceed 23°C2. Loud noises are prohibited between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. (partys are not allow at any moment)3. Smoking is prohibited on the premises4.
