The apartment is located on the 2rd floor accessible by elevator and stairs

The bright and spacious living room has a beautiful laminate floor with modern furniture, a big TV and offers an open and dynamic view of the city. The living room also gives access to the sunny balcony. The modern and new kitchen is spacious and equipped with all the necessary conveniences such as an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle etc. The modern bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and a normal shower. The spacious bedroom which is equipped with a comfortable double bed and closet also offers an open and dynamic view of the city from the bed. the second spacious bedroom is currently an office with desk and office chair.

The apartment is located in a calm street in the city centre nearby Blaak/Meent. In the direct area you will find several shops, bars, restaurants, coffeeshops supermarkets (Albert Heijn/Dirk van der Broek, groceries) and 2 drugstores (Kruidvat) in less then 3 minutes walking.

In the evening and during the nights its calm and you can enjoy a good night's rest. The public transportation is also ideal as the train, metro, tram and bus are just 5 min walking from the apartment for example ''Blaak station''.
