The landlord accepts and payment is made

This spacious and fully furnished student room is located in the vibrant South district of Rotterdam. The area is very well connected: within walking distance you will find the heart of South, offering plenty of shops, eateries, and the Ahoy complex, which is currently expanding. The Maashaven metro station is nearby, and the Maashavenkade stretches all the way to Katendrecht. The city center is easily accessible via the Erasmus Bridge in just 10 minutes by bike. The largest indoor shopping center is within walking distance, and a supermarket is conveniently located on the ground floor for all your groceries.

The room is located on the second floor at the front of the property and measures approximately 20 m2. It is attractively furnished with a comfortable bed, desk, wardrobe, and seating area, and can be locked for privacy. You will share the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet with three other tenants, providing a sociable yet private living environment.

Please note this room is exclusively available for students and is suitable for one occupant. The minimum rental period is 7 months up to a maximum of 11 months.

Important – Temporary Rental & Disclaimer
• The room is suitable for one occupant only.
• Registration with the municipality (BRP registration) is possible.
• The rental concerns temporary accommodation by its nature for a short duration, in accordance with Article 7:232 paragraph 2 of the Dutch Civil Code (BW).
• The tenancy agreement is entered into for a predetermined, fixed temporary rental period.
• The tenancy agreement automatically ends by operation of law upon expiry of the agreed rental term.
• The tenancy agreement cannot be terminated prematurely.
• No rights to rent protection or extension of the tenancy can be claimed.
