You’ll only be sharing with one other person (the owner of the house).

Suitable for a single woman (a postgraduate student at U-tad, a digital nomad or a young professional working for local companies). Strictly non-smoking. I’m looking for someone who values a very peaceful, clean and quiet living environment, with absolute mutual respect. For reasons of privacy and peace and quiet in the property, visitors are not permitted. The space is designed to be your private retreat for rest, study or remote working. 🛏️ The Bedroom (Your private 25 m2 space): Attic-style bedroom with high ceilings and beautiful exposed beams.

Fully equipped: a large, premium-quality double bed (150 cm), a comfortable study/work desk, a cosy armchair (with a footrest), two chairs and a full-length mirror reaching the floor (190 cm high). A separate built-in walk-in wardrobe, ideal for organising all your clothes comfortably. Large window (3 metres wide) with modern blinds that floods the room with natural light whilst maintaining complete privacy.

🌿 Shared Areas: Access to a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom shared with just one other person (maximum privacy – this is not an overcrowded flat). Large 60 m garden (shared): A spectacular green space with a well-maintained lawn and a covered chill-out area featuring a pergola, designer curtains and comfortable outdoor sofas. Perfect for relaxing or working from home in the open air during autumn.
