Extras: An underground private parking spot is available for additional 50 EUR. The building is clean, well-maintained, and secured with an intercom.

Perfect location for students! It’s only a 20-minute walk or 3 quick bus stops to both the University of Rzeszów (UR) and Rzeszów University of Technology (PRz).
