Diese ca. 80 m2 große Wohnung im ersten Obergeschoss verfügt über drei Zimmer, ein Bad und eine Küche. Die hohen Decken verleihen den Räumen eine großzügige und helle Atmosphäre.
Die Wohnung eignet sich für eine 3er-WG. Auf Wunsch können wir die drei Zimmer mit eigenen, bereits vorhandenen Möbeln ausstatten, also insbesondere drei Betten und ggf. Schreibtischen und Kommoden – sprechen Sie uns einfach an. Ebenso ist die Wohnung als klassische Wohnung geeignet – auch hierfür ist entsprechende Austattung vorhanden und kann von uns bei Mieterwunsch in die Wohnung eingebracht werden.

Zur Miete: Die in der Beschreibung angegebene Miete entspricht der Nutzung für drei Personen. Bei weniger Personen ist sie verhandelbar und kann niedriger entfallen.

Zur Lage: Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Alt-Saarbrücken, rund 15 Gehminuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle mit Direktverbindung zur Universität befindet sich nur eine Gehminute entfernt; mit dem Bus erreicht man die Uni in ca. 30 Minuten, mit dem Auto in ca. 15 Minuten. Die HTW ist ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
