Apartment description

The detached house with approx. 160 m2 of living space and spacious garden (800m2), terrace on the ground floor and large balcony on the first floor offers an absolute feel-good place. Enjoy the morning sun in front of the house and experience beautiful sunsets from the terrace or from the balcony with a view of the mountains.
The house offers light-flooded rooms with stylish, modern furnishings. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired as well as a dining room that invites you to cosy get-togethers and is connected to a spacious, bright living room. The living room is furnished with a sofa and two lounge chairs, which invite you to relax, and a TV. There is also a piano that can be shared.

The house has a total of 4 bedrooms. One is on the ground floor with a double bed and desk. There are two large bathrooms - one on the ground floor with a rain shower and one on the first floor with a shower and bathtub. There is also a separate toilet on the 1st floor, where there is also a washing machine for communal use.

There are 3 further bedrooms on the upper floor - a children's room with bunk beds and a large bedroom with a double bed and access to the balcony. The third bedroom is connected to a large study - both rooms are also connected to the spacious balcony.
