Apartment description

Quiet, two-room apartment on the 2nd floor – with elevator – in a fully renovated building from the last century. The house is located, as the sixth (immediately) behind the Neutor in Salzburg Old Town. A solid fence with an opaque hedge and an electric sliding gate enclose the property towards Neutorstraße. A spacious courtyard leads to the set-back building and provides space for comfortable parking spots.

The South-West facing corner apartment consists of an entrance hall with wardrobe, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a spacious balcony (which is actually a terrace), a very spacious bathroom with a shower and a separate WC. Washing machine and dryer in the building. A lockable cellar compartment with plenty of storage space can also be used.

The bedroom features a box-spring double bed and the living room has a pull-out sofa. All furniture is new and high-quality.

The apartment is bright and friendly. From morning to evening, the sun shines through ample windows. The green view extends over the Salzburg city mountains to the Untersberg.

The Festival Hall and Getreidegasse are reachable within a 5-minute walk. A bus stop with excellent connections for the entire city is located directly in front of the building. Shops for daily necessities, a pharmacy, and excellent gastronomy are all within walking distance. An access path to Mönchsberg, directly behind the house, invites you to the local recreation area above the city for running or walking. The airport is only 20 minutes away by bus, and 10 minutes by car. The highway is also quickly accessible.
