As a resident at Madera, you have access to all of our community amenities, including our resort-style pool, full-size basketball court, fitness center, computer lab, theater, dog park, and private shuttle to campus. Our location also has much to offer with close proximity to the UTSA campus including Hausman Plaza, UTSA’s new athletic facility location, La Cantera Shopping Center, Historic Downtown San Antonio, and more.

Property does not offer any cooling off period, all contracts are legal & binding.

The Property accepts:

1. Payment in full (no guarantor required)

2. Payment in two semester installments

3. Payment in 12 equal monthly payments, in advance.

The property accepts the payments by using the credit/debit card.

1. Property requires you to have a guarantor if you do not meet the qualifying criteria (proving you make 2 times the monthly rent) or fail to pass our background and credit check.

2. Property also offers Guarantor Waiver Program & you can enroll for 37 GBP per month if you do not meet the qualifying criteria or do not have a guarantor to sign.

This holding fee of £50 prioritises & fast-tracks your application with our partners.

The £50 holding fee is fully refundable within 6 days of payment. Full refund is applicable whether your booking is finalized with Amber or even if we're unable to find a suitable match for you.
