The landlord accepts and payment is made

A cozy, urban-chic studio that's part of a small family compound of two units — ground floor with easy step-up access. Utilities are all included: robust password-protected MonkeyBrains wifi (a local SF provider), PG&E, water, trash, plus all linens, pillows, blankets, and bath towels.

A queen bed with an electric blanket keeps things snug, with surrounding curtains to block morning light. A pull-out queen sofa bed (with built-in storage for its own linens) gives flexibility for extra guests.

Fully equipped for light cooking: air fryer/personal oven, 2-burner induction cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, blender and a Nespresso machine. A 2-seat bar-height table sits within the kitchenette, plus two stools on the counter's other side — perfect for morning coffee or working on your laptop, away from the cooking area.

You're centrally positioned near both BART and MUNI, giving you easy access across all 47 square miles of San Francisco — including SFO and downtown. Street parking is manageable if you're driving.

Store your bike in the entry mudroom during your stay, or take advantage of rental bikes and scooters scattered around the neighborhood for quick point-to-point trips.
