This is a private studio apartment that is part of our cozy family compound of three total units. The studio is ground floor, flat access and gets great light from the large kitchen windows. There is a queen bed with an electric blanket to keep you all snuggled up at night and curtains surrounding the bed to keep the sunlight out in the morning. There is a folding futon couch that can fold flat to create a double bed and is divided by the curtain.
The unit is well-decorated and comfortable for any time you'll be spending inside. Robust password-protected wifi supplied by MonkeyBrains, a local SF company.
It has a full kitchen with all the accessories that make life easier... microwave, 4-burner induction electric stove, full-size oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with a 4-seat dining table within as well. There is ample counter space for prepping food and two stools on the other side of the counter out of the cooking area to drink your morning coffee or pop onto your laptop. There is a french press coffee pot along with all the items you need to cook and prepare food.
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet and sink. Towels, 2 robes and bath mat are provided.
What you will love about this neighborhood
The neighborhood is just 1.25 blocks from a very active neighborhood... the Ingleside. There are many food and drink options from breakfast to dinner including a brew pub with live music and entertainment all week long. There is a Whole Foods natural grocery nearby and CVS pharmacy/drug store a few blocks away as well. There are various DimSum restaurants, Korean BBQ, bakeries, boba tea shop, ale house and coffee shops.
Along with all this access, we are very centrally located near BART (SF local train) and MUNI (SF buses and metro cars) that can get you all over town, to and from SFO and downtown. From these various lines, you can get from one end of San Francisco's 47 sq miles to the other. If you've got a car, street parking is pretty easy. Gas station 2 blocks away.

We provide sanitized towels and linens for your stay and will handle the laundry duties once you depart.
You can store bikes in the sunroom as well during your stay. And there are rental bikes and scooters scattered around the neighborhood that you can grab and drop at your destination.
We are close to a shopping mall with many stores including Apple, Target, Sephora, Sports Basement, Vans, Victoria's Secret, Zara and Trader Joe's. Plus a multi-screen Regal Movie Theater that shows latest runs.
We have two small dogs in our back unit. They are outside sometimes on the patio, but mostly indoor dogs and are never in the Crown Studio.
