It has a double bed of 140cm, a very comfortable mattress, a large closet with two doors to organize all your clothes and a large work space, with desk and a chair adapted to work or study remotely.

THE COLIVING HOUSE:
The property features 4 double rooms, all exterior and full of natural light, perfect for those seeking a comfortable and peaceful atmosphere. Each room is set up for individual use, ensuring your privacy. The apartment also includes 2 full bathrooms, ideal for sharing among co-livers.
The spacious living-dining room, fully exterior, is the perfect place to relax or socialize, and is equipped with air conditioning for year-round comfort. The large kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy your meals, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, combi fridge, blender, toaster, capsule coffee machine, and all the necessary cooking utensils.
The apartment also has an independent laundry room with a washing machine, a space to dry clothes, a vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board, making sure you have everything you need for your daily routine.
For enjoying the outdoors, the house has a large exterior terrace, perfect for sunbathing or sharing moments with friends and co-livers.

💵 REQUIREMENTS:
+ 100€/month in case the room is rented by two people for rooms adapted for two people.
+ The admin fee of 250€ is per person.
+ Credit or debit card is a requirement. All the payments will be automatically deducted from the chosen card during your stay.
📅 ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES PRICE POLICY
➡ If you arrive:
- Between the 1st and 10th days of each month, you will need to pay the entire month.
- Between the 11th and the 20th day of each month, we will discount 20% of your rent for the first month.
- The 21st or later, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35€/single room and 50€/2people occupancy.
⬅ If you leave:
- Between the 1st and 9th days of each month, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35€/single room and 50€/2people occupancy.
- Between the 10th and the 19th day of each month, we will discount you 20% of your rent for the last month.
- The 20th or later, you will need to pay for the entire month.
