The whole property has been refurbished two years ago by a professional interior designer, with new and high quality furniture (personalised design and made to measure by professionals). Pantry-storage room under the stairs. Kitchen equipped with top brand appliances (Bosch fridge-freezer, Miele induction hob, Electrolux steam and air oven, Pando extractor hood, Balay washing machine) and almost new. No dishwasher. 40" Samsumg SmartTV in the living room and in one of the bedrooms and pre-installation in the other one; both with direct internet connection by ethernet cable. Internet by Fibre 300 Mbps and WiFi Mesh with coverage on both floors of the property. Underfloor heating with independent circuit and control for each of the two floors of the property. The heating and hot water are produced centrally by the community using natural gas.
