Room description

My town house has 160 metros with 4 rooms of which 2 are suites. There is a barbecue, parking space, internet, television in the living room, (which I don't use since I have one in my room), laundry machine and a nice kitchen. There is also a terrace for sunbathing. I live by myself and love receiving guests, since I lived in the USA for a long time and have been in Brazil for a while I like to be in touch with different cultures. The house is a 5 minute walk to the Ibirapuera park, a 15 minute walk to the Paraiso Subway Station subway, and close to Av Paulista. Fifteen minute car ride to Congonhas airport , and several supermarkets, and pharmacies at walking distance.
