What you'll need

On HomeStay you send the booking request, and you are not charged anything until the landlord confirms. Once accepted, you pay the first month on their platform and you may be asked for an extra document, such as:

Sou cozinheiro em um restaurante muito renomado e também tenho meu próprio negócio voltado para eventos e gastronomia.
Adoro conhecer novas pessoas, histórias, culturas e lugares, e é por isso que recebo turistas que querem viver e conhecer mais sobre a cultura brasileira!

São Paulo é um lugar incrível e tem uma enorme variedade de coisas para fazer, não importa aonde você vá!

Meu apartamento fica em São Matheus, na zona leste de São Paulo, perto do Shopping Aricanduva, da estação de metrô Jardim Colonial e do Parque do Carmo. É muito bem localizado, entre três avenidas principais com uma enorme variedade de comércio. Você pode ir aonde quiser usando o transporte público.

Tenho um quarto privado disponível com cama, cabideiro, espelho e uma mesa com uma cadeira. Todos os outros cômodos estão disponíveis: cozinha, sala, banheiro, e você pode usar todos os móveis e eletrônicos (exceto o notebook, que é para uso pessoal e profissional).

No condomínio, temos academia, um pequeno mercado, farmácia, área verde e salão de festas.

Para sua segurança, o prédio tem câmeras de segurança, porteiro e sistema de reconhecimento facial!

Se você fala inglês, espanhol ou alemão, será um prazer tê-lo aqui para compartilhar experiências!!!

I'm João Vitor, 27 years old, born and raised in São Paulo.
I'm a cook at a very renowned restaurant, and I also have my own business focused on events and gastronomy.
I love to know new people, histories, cultures, and places, and that's why I'm hosting tourists who want to live and know more about Brazilian culture!

São Paulo is an awesome place, and it has a huge variety of things to do, no matter where you go!

My apartment is in São Matheus, on the east side of São Paulo, close to the Aricanduva Mall, Jardin Colonial subway station, and Carmo Park. It's very well located, between 3 main avenues with a huge variety of commerce. You can go whenever you want by public transportation.

I have a private bedroom available with a bed, clothes rack, mirror, and a table with one chair. All the other rooms are available: kitchen, living room, bathroom, and you may use all the furniture and electronics (except for the notebook, which is for personal and professional use)

In the condominium, we have a gym, a small market, a pharmacy, a green area, party room

For your safety, the building has security cameras, a doorman, facial recognition system!
