What you'll need

The landlord accepts and payment is made
When the landlord accepts your request, the first month's rent and the management fees will be charged automatically, and the booking will then be confirmed. You will then receive the exact address and the landlord's contact details to organise your move.
Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

This house is located in the garden of a Very big house with all facilities

If your favorite room is not available when you need it, you can take another room and change later

One bathroom in the small house in the garden for the 3 bedrooms
Several bathrooms in the main house with a shower and a double sink to be shared by maximum 2 tenants, with double sink when the bathroom is shared

Kitchens
One main very large and full equipped kitchen on ground floor in the main house
(dish washer, microwave oven, electric oven and electric hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc.)
One smaller kitchen in the garden house for the 3 tenants
1 additional kitchenette with a small fridge, coffee machine and kettle on 3rd closed to the rooms for a small tea or coffee

A housekeeper is coming regularly to make extra cleaning in shared rooms.

Utilities amount for 'gaz'
Includes all utilities : Gas, Electricity, Water, Internet, laundry facilities and regular cleaning of shared rooms

Lease Duration
You stay the time you need.
You can extend you contract as often as you need (if still available)
The lease can end anytime with a notice period of 2 (full) months or only 1 (full) month with a 15% extra on last month

The day you move in. Can be recovered in cash when you move out
