The cozy ~15㎡ space has a large desk under the loft bed—great for studying or laptop work. Private kitchen and bathroom; washer, fridge, microwave, AC, Wi‑Fi, hangers, full-length mirror, and basic dishes/cookware provided. Recommended for Sungkyunkwan students, exchange students, researchers, and solo long-term stays.

About a 1-minute walk to the Sungkyunkwan University elevator. The village bus stop and a GS25 convenience store are 20–30 seconds away, with cafes and various restaurants nearby. The village bus makes getting to Hyehwa Station easy, and there are no uphill paths or long stairs to the place.
