Podemos resumir da seguinte forma: - Há dois quartos para alugar, mas não alugamos quartos, partilhamos casa - O espírito é o da partilha, da convivência, do respeito e também da entreajuda - Esperamos poder reunir um conjunto de pessoas que, sendo diferentes entre si, partilhem os mesmos valores e preocupações. Depósito de segurança 1 mês como caução a ser devolvido no dia da saída, se o período de estadia for cumprido, como se a casa for deixada nas mesmas condições conforme foi entregue e 1 renda de adiantamento
