Apartment description

This charming apartment, equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi, accommodates up to four guests and is located in a traditional stone house in one of Split’s oldest neighborhoods, dating back to the 15th century. The home combines historic character with modern comforts, offering a unique and welcoming living environment for those seeking a long-term stay in an authentic part of the city.

The stone house and its inner courtyard have recently been renovated and now host four thoughtfully designed residential units. Perla B is located on the first floor and is well-suited for long-term living, featuring a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed in the compact living–dining area. The kitchen, though small, includes a stove, oven, and fridge, practical for preparing simple everyday meals, especially with fresh local markets just a short walk away.

As this apartment is in a residential building, we kindly ask all tenants to maintain good neighborly relations and respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. In accordance with Croatian regulations, passport or ID information must be provided upon arrival for official registration with the Croatian Tourist Office.

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available upon request before arrival.
