Trstenik Beach Apartment is a cozy, well-equipped place situated in a friendly, peaceful neighborhood in Split, Croatia. Perfect for couples or small families, it provides a comfortable home environment just minutes from the city center and the beach, making it ideal for long-term stays.

The apartment features one bedroom with a double bed and a pull-out sofa in the living room, accommodating up to two additional residents. The fully equipped kitchen makes everyday meal preparation easy, and a walk-in closet provides convenient storage for your belongings. The modern bathroom, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi ensure a practical and comfortable stay.

As this apartment is in a residential building, we kindly ask all tenants to maintain good neighborly relations and respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. In accordance with Croatian regulations, passport or ID information must be provided upon arrival for official registration with the Croatian Tourist Office.

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available upon request before arrival.
