Your home base in the heart of Split’s Old Town, set inside a traditional stone house in Veli Varoš, one of the city’s oldest and most charming neighborhoods.
This private en-suite room offers a comfortable, easy stay with a real local feel.
Step outside and you’re just a short walk from Diocletian’s Palace, the Riva, cafés, restaurants, and all the best of Split on foot.

The space

The room is on the second floor, and there are three flights of stairs, about 30 steps in total.

This is a historic shared house, and you may occasionally hear light footsteps or quiet sounds from other floors.
The Church of Sv. Križ is also nearby, so you may hear bell chimes from time to time.
For many guests, that’s part of the charm of staying in the Old Town.
