Welcome to Magda, your new apartment with balcony in the heart of Strasbourg!

This two-room apartment with balcony is located on the 1st floor of a quiet residence rue Sainte Madeleine (pedestrian street), in the Krutenau district.
With an area of 42m2, you will find all the necessary comfort for your stay in a mobility lease, whether you are staying for a few weeks or several months.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport: "Porte de l'Hopital" tram stop for lines A and D is just a 5-minute walk away, as well as "Saint Nicolas" bus stop for lines 10, N1 and N3. You will also be able to quickly access the major highways for your car trips (the Austerlitz and Bateliers public car parks will offer you subscriptions with a preferential rate).

The district is dynamic and full of points of interest, with many shops, restaurants, bars and cultural venues. You will be in the immediate vicinity of Strasbourg Cathedral, Place Kléber and the Museum of Fine Arts, as well as universities and colleges such as Sciences Po Strasbourg or the University of Strasbourg. The apartment is also close to the Civil Hospital (NHC).

The Magda apartment is lovely place to recharge your batteries after a day of work or exploring the city. It is equipped with a comfortable living room with a sofa and a television, a bedroom area (two single beds or a double bed, according to request) with storage and desk, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with hob, fridge , oven, microwave, kettle and washing machine. You can also enjoy a balcony to take your meals outside or simply relax. A bathroom with shower toilet and washing machine completes the apartment.

The whole apartment will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you at best during your stay:
- cleaning will be done,
- the beds will be made with clean sheets,
- clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat per bathroom and a tea towel in the kitchen,
- free WIFI connection

Bed linen and towels are provided on arrival, as well as standard cleaning at the end of the stay. You can also benefit from a complete cleaning service of the apartment on request during the stay or change of linen. These services are at an additional cost and upon prior reservation.

House rules:

This apartment is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in an additional €250 cleaning charge penalty.

Pets are strictly prohibited.
