Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und freundlich, der Balkon ist groß und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Beheizt wird mit Fussbodenheizung, Zentralwarmwasser.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr schönem Gebäude Baujahr 1987 (Aachener Str.) und liegt sehr zentral (150 Meter von U-Bahn, 300 Meter von Bad Cannstatt Altstadt, 300 Meter von Wilhelma) und ist dennoch sehr ruhig.

Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht - von Geschirr, Tüchern, Bettwäsche, bis Waschmaschine, Föhn und Internet.

Eine Tiefgarage macht Ihr Leben viel einfacher - Sie brauchen nie wieder nach einem Parkplatz suchen :). Zzgl. 40,- EUR

Hi all, this is a newly renovated and furnished studio in a very nice building (Aachener Str. 16 you can see it in Google maps). It is very central (near Wilhelma, Mahle, Bad Cannstatt center) and still very quite.

In the appartment you will find everything you need : dishes, washing machine, internet, etc. If you miss the TV just let me know and you will get one. We did not buy one as we do everything on our laptops :).
