On the street there are always enough parking spaces available. You are welcome to park your bike on the terrace or in the hallway. You have access to your own washing machine room with new washer-dryer. The apartment is ready for immediate occupancy and intended for single use. The stated rent includes all utilities and a high-speed internet connection. For an additional fee you can order a cleaning and/or laundry service.
