It offers a comfortable space to study, work, relax, and feel at home.

The bathroom, spacious kitchen, and balcony are shared with two other tenants. The kitchen is fully equipped with glasses, cups, plates, cutlery, pots, and pans.

The apartment also includes a washing machine with dryer function, an iron with ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner.

The lively and trendy Lehen district is one of the city’s most popular areas. Public transport and everyday amenities are within walking distance:
