Our historic building hosts students and professional workers in a safe and friendly space. We are in the San Donato area which is well-located for transport and all amenities. The residents enjoy the family-like environment, and often enjoy meals together and movie nights.
The deposit is €400, and is fully refundable on completion of the contract
The €200 payment at the beginning is for contract registration and taxes.
