This means that you should be careful to switch off the heater while you are out of the room or lower it while it s not needed ( the last few years in Turin the winters are mild and only in specific days the heaters should be set at maximum)

This is a shared apartment therefore people who don t have respect for rules of coexistence and collaboration is not suitable for this place . There are cleaning shifts in the common area and if somebody don’t comply will be debited for a cleaning lady ( for a fee) .
