Apartment description

The apartment is situated very central on the 4th floor (no elevator) of a turn-of-the-century house. Cafe`s, supermarkets and small neighborhood stores are very close by.
The apartment is facing north, so its very comfortable in hot summers but due to the wooden structure of the building never too cold. In the large bedroom is an aircondition/heating, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a small table and a studio with a large table to work on. The bathroom has a bathtub, a washing machine and a heating; the toilet is a separate room.
There is a bed of 140x200cm, a sofa bed 100x200cm and an additional Futon 100x200cm if needed, all by Grüne Erde and very high quality. 2 People can live here comfortably.
Public transport is just a minute away, the port a 15min walk or you take the bus.
