What you'll need
- Have your documents ready before requesting: the listing may require an ID or passport, proof of enrollment or employment, and proof of income (yours or a sponsor’s).
- Verifying your identity on the platform is optional, but increases your chances of being accepted.
The landlord accepts and payment is made
When the landlord accepts your request, the first month's rent and the management fees will be charged automatically, and the booking will then be confirmed. You will then receive the exact address and the landlord's contact details to organise your move.
Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

- Si eres autónomo:
- Última declaración de la renta
- Último pago de autónomo
- Vida laboral actualizada
- Últimos 3 meses de estados de cuenta bancarios
- Duración del alquiler: Mínimo 4 meses, máximo 11 meses (se puede hacer uno nuevo después).
- Gastos comunes 70€/ mes, no incluidos
- Depósito: Un mes de fianza.
- Gastos administrativos: 50% de una mensualidad (pago único al entrar).
- Pago de 50€ usados de la fianza como gasto de salida para uso de gestión y limpieza de la habitación.
