Description

Quaint traditional apartment, and high speed wifi connection. My home sunlit with all bedrooms exterior and one bedroom having a balcony too. Im right beside METRO DE PATRAIX and line numer 7 goes to Mestalla stadium-Blasco Ibanez very close to university faculties in 15 minutes. Similarily, lines 1 or 2 go to the bujassot faculty. Cleaning of common areas required and cleaning of your dishes for use of installations, otherwise cleaning fee is not included in the price paid. Household Bills per person.
