Estudio de una habitación y de un baño, totalmente amueblado y con la cocina equipada en la calle Islas Canarias. Tiene terraza y aire acondicionado (cuando se hicieron las fotos no había todavía), la habitación es de cama de matrimonio, el sofá es un sofá cama. Zona universitaria, cerca de la UPV y de Tarongers. A la hora de querer comunicarse con el resto de la ciudad, se tienen la Avenida del Puerto, Cardenal Benlloch y la misma calle de islas canarias.

Al PRECIO habría que añadirle 80€ de gastos de luz, agua, gas e internet.

EL BARRIO
La propiedad está ubicada en La Creu del Grau. La zona está muy bien comunicada con transporte público, contando con la parada de metro y tranvía Marítim-Serrería, además de un sin fin de autobuses que conectan con el resto de la ciudad. Hay varios supermercados en los al rededores, como el DIA, Lidl y más.
