Resumen

Estudio muy cuco en pleno centro de Valencia, en el Carmen, a menos de 1 minuto de la plaza del Tossal, pero que al mismo tiempo es muy silenciosa. Es un segundo piso sin ascensor. El piso es muy luminoso ya que no da a ningún interior. El piso tiene aire acondicionado de frío y calor. Aparte es eléctrico y el wiFi está incluido en el precio lo cual hace que te ahorres 2 facturas. El estudio tiene una terraza amplia y muy agradable de unos 10 metros cuadrados. La entrada tiene cámaras de seguridad.

Se pide el pago de 3 meses de alquiler por adelantado.

El barrio

El barrio del Carmen es uno de los más concurridos y solicitados por turistas y ciudadanos, ya que se encuentra ni más ni menos en el centro de Valencia. Allí hay un sin fin de restaurantes y centros de atracción turística, así como diversas Universidades y centros de educación superior (EASD, Universidad Católica, ESAT, etc.)
Cerca se encuentra la Plaza de Toros, la Plaza de la Virgen, de la Reina y el Ayuntamiento de Valencia.
