Campus Valladolid

This campus in the city of Valladolid is divided into four different campuses. All of them are in the centre of the city and its surroundings. These are:

  • Campus Centro: the buildings are located in different parts of the city centre, all within a few minutes walk of each other and to the northeast. At Campus Centro, you will find the faculties of: Commerce, Law, Nursing, Philosophy and Letters, Medicine and Industrial Engineering.
  • Campus Huerta del Rey: it is on the other side of the Pisuerga river with respect to the city centre, to the south. It houses the Higher Technical School of Architecture of the UVa.
  • Campus Rio Esgueva: it is located on the other side of the Esgueva river with respect to the city centre. Here, classes are taught at the faculties of Economics and Business and some of Industrial Engineering.
  • Campus Miguel Delibes: It is the farthest from the centre, located in the Belén neighbourhood, about 30 minutes on foot or 15 by transportation from the city centre. Here are the faculties of Science, Education and Social Work, Computer Engineering and the Higher Technical School of Telecommunications Engineers.

Campus de Palencia

This campus is south of the centre of Palencia and is also called Campus de la Yutera. It houses the following institutions:

Puente Hierro, Plaza de Toros and Zona Universidad (Segovia)

All three neighbourhoods are very convenient if you're going to Campus de Segovia, as it's located in the Zona Universidad in that city. You'll be able to walk to all of them, including the city centre, where the famous aqueduct and the places where young people spend their free time are located.

Centre of Soria and Palencia

Students who go to Campus de Soria and Palencia usually choose to live in the centre of their respective cities. There's easy and fast access to the UVa from there, and the atmosphere is much livelier than in the surrounding areas.

Student residences near the UVa

The University of Valladolid has the Alfonso VIII University Residence and the Santa Cruz Hall of Residence. The latter is divided into a building for women and another for men.
