What you'll need

Complete your booking on HomeStay
On HomeStay you send the booking request, and you are not charged anything until the landlord confirms. Once accepted, you pay the first month on their platform and you may be asked for an extra document, such as:

- Proof of solvency
Come on, move in
Arrange your arrival date, key handover and everything else directly with your landlord. Remember also that most providers transfer your money to the owner only 48 hours after your arrival at the house.

When travelling, where you stay can make or break your experience. We always want your time in Vancouver, BC to be nothing short of GREAT. From the design, furnishings, cleanliness and comfort of your space, to the warm welcome & environment you can always expect in our home, we strive to make this the greatest place you'll stay. We treat our homestays like family and wish to call you a life long friend far beyond your stay here.

ROOMS:
Upper Floor: 2 furnished rooms, with private washroom. Common space on main floor is shared with host.

Lower Level:
2-Bedrooms in a Private Suite - newly renovated and spacious, 1000SF. Incl. fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining, living, in-suite laundry, private entry. Designed with modern & high end fixtures, furniture & appliances.

Included in all homestay bookings:

- bed, nightstand, fresh linens
- desk, lamp, chair
- closet w/organizer & dresser/drawers
- Wifi
- bathrooms w/modern finishes & fixtures (tub/shower or both)
- weekly laundry service (upper floor guests only)
- meals (contact landlord for plans and pricing)
- longer term bookings (2+ months) require a signed rental agreement & $500 fully refundable deposit, *partial payment plan at landlords discretion.

ABOUT THE HOST: We are a young couple, currently with no children, but a small and friendly fur baby, Pearl. We have been hosting students for 6 years and enjoy the company, cultures, and relationships we make and maintain even beyond the stay! We are active, working professionals, with flexible schedules.
On upper floor in our main house, shared laundry and kitchen/common areas. We offer homestays in our upper floor rooms up to 3 meals per day. Price varies accordingly, to be confirmed at booking.
