What you'll need
To send the request you usually only need your details and a payment method. After acceptance, the landlord may ask for an ID or passport and, in some cases, proof of income, enrollment or a guarantor.
Complete your booking on HomeStay
On HomeStay you send the booking request, and you are not charged anything until the landlord confirms. Once accepted, you pay the first month on their platform and you may be asked for an extra document, such as:
- ID card or passport
- Proof of solvency
Come on, move in
Arrange your arrival date, key handover and everything else directly with your landlord. Remember also that most providers transfer your money to the owner only 48 hours after your arrival at the house.

When travelling, where you stay can make or break your experience. We always want your time in Vancouver, BC to be AWESOME. From the design, furnishings, cleanliness and comfort of your space, to the warm welcome & environment you can always expect to walk into, we strive to make this the greatest place you'll stay. We treat our homestays like family and wish to call every guest a life long friend beyond just their stay!

ABOUT US: We are a young couple, no children (yet!), with a wonderful, small and friendly, fur baby, Pearl (a fan-favorite among guests). We have been hosting students for 7 years and enjoy the company, cultures, and relationships we make and keep for a lifetime! We are active, working professionals, with flexible schedules, and a super chill home life.

ROOMS (4 in total):

- 2 on Upper Floor: fully furnished, with private washroom (homestays only). Common space on main floor is shared with host.

- 2 in Lower Level Suite: newly renovated 1000SF furnished private suite w/full equipped kitchen, bath, dining, living, laundry, private entry. Designed with modern & high end fixtures, furniture & appliances. Accessible to main house (we don't mind you coming upstairs!).

INCLUDED IN ALL ROOMS:

- bed w/fresh linens (pillow & mattress protectors, all sanitized)
- nightstand, desk, lamp, chair
- closet w/organizer & dresser/drawers
- bathrooms w/modern finishes & fixtures (tub/shower or both)
- WIFI, TV access, kitchen access, food storage

OTHER FYI'S:
- weekly laundry service (upper floor guests only)
- meals (contact landlord for plans and pricing)
- longer term bookings (3+ months) require a signed homestay agreement & fully refundable deposit, to be paid at time of contract signing (in advance of move in). Monthly or partial payment plan upon approval at hosts discretion, to be determined at time of contract signing.
X large room w/King Bed in private 1000SF suite w/fully equipped kitchen, dining, living, laundry, etc. Modern, new and clean w/high end finishes. 2 large closets, dresser, desk, in room. Bathroom shared with 1 housemate only if 2nd room is occupied.
