Hi, We are a small family, me, my 17 year old daughter who will be starting university, my brother, our cat and a labradoodle dog. We live in a house in North Vancouver and are a short walk to the bus stop then a 10 minute bus ride to Lonsdale Quay or 45 minutes to downtown Vancouver. Capilano University is only 20 min door to door. We are surrounded by trees and beautiful landscapes. North Vancouver offers many hiking trails, Grouse Mountain, Capilano Suspension Bridge and many lovely parks.
Single occupancy only. WiFi, utilities, and 2 loads of laundry per week are all included. We would like you to be respectful and to keep the noise to down at night. Quiet time is 10 PM, along with use of kitchen (for cooking) ends at 10 PM.

This is a large room with 1 single bed, a closet, dresser, desk, and mini fridge. The bathroom is shared with our family., but mostly you will have exclusion access. This room has a large window, black out blind and lots of natural light.
