The landlord accepts and payment is made

Room description

Recently renovated apartment in top floor of the building. Shared spaces include kitchen, hallway (with wardrobe system), bathroom, and a separate toilet. Bright room. The apartment also includes a washing machine, and the house has a laundry room as well. All parking spots are currently in use, however you can find some parking spots from the street nearby. Peaceful area, a shop and a bus stop appr. 100m from the apartment and train station is within 10min walk away. Myyrmäki shopping center and education institutions are located within 5mins with a bike.

The apartment features highspeed internet, smartlocks on the room doors, two fridge/freezer combinations in the kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, and an oven/stove.

4 separate rooms: 11,5m2, 12m2, 16m2 and 24m2. The rent includes internet, and electricity with reasonable use, i.e. no greenhouse lights, cryptocurrency mining, etc. Water cost is per person. Cleaning cost is only for materials, and not for work. This payment includes dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, etc. that are common with reasonable use.

This room includes a private ~6m2 balcony towards evening sunsets. All rooms include large fixed place wardrobes, and lighting. Well suitable for students as well.
