The landlord accepts and payment is made

Di seguito le informazioni del nuovo APP 222 VE di Via Ariosto, 14, laterale di Corso del Popolo.

L’appartamento è molto Ampio e Luminoso ed è composto da: 4 Camere Singole, una Cucina Equipaggiata di tutto, 1 BAGNO PRIVATO, un secondo bagno comune (entrambi con doccia).

La zona è centralissima e fornita di tutto: trovate diversi supermercati sia in Corso del Popolo, come ad esempio il PAM a 9 minuti a piedi, sia in via Piave (perpendicolare a via Ariosto). Nei dintorni trovate inoltre la posta, banche, farmacie, panifici, pizzerie, una pasticceria ottima come Pasticceria Fiume e negozi di ogni tipo.

In 5 minuti a piedi, potete raggiungere il Centro Storico di Mestre dove si trovano le Piazze Principali, come Piazza Ferretto e Piazza Barche, ma anche moltissimi locali frequentati da ragazzi e studenti.
Ad esempio, in Piazza XXVII Ottobre si trova il celebre bar AcquaAlta, molto in voga per gli aperitivi serali, e tanti altri pub e ristoranti a pochi passi dalle piazze principali.
Inoltre, l’appartamento è anche molto vicino alle sedi scientifiche della Ca’ Foscari, situate alla fine di Corso del Popolo, e al nuovo Centro Commerciale
con il supermercato Interspar e il Mc Donald’s.
La zona è ben servita anche dai mezzi: gli autobus passano in Corso del Popolo e potrai così raggiungere comodamente il Centro di Mestre o qualsiasi altra zona.
Da lì passano anche gli autobus diretti a Venezia, che impiegano circa 10 minuti per raggiungere la stazione di Venezia, e gli autobus notturni.
