The landlord accepts and payment is made
When the landlord accepts your request, the first month's rent and the management fees will be charged automatically, and the booking will then be confirmed. You will then receive the exact address and the landlord's contact details to organise your move.
Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

WIDE SINGLE ROOM IN WONDERFUL APARTMENT

The apartment, just renovated, is settled in Mestre, in Via Milano a side street of Corso del Popolo. The apartment is very bright and is made up of:
5 Single Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, a Kitchen with a Terrace, a wide Entrance Hall with Living Relax Room and a closet.
It is located in a neighbourhood where there is everything you need: the supermarket is just in front of the house, in Corso del Popolo,
and 2 minutes away on foot you can find also the Supermarket Pam.

The apartment is very close to the Old Town: it is a few minutes away from the main squares, such as Piazza XXVII Ottobre where there is the famous bar “Acqua Alta” very popular for the happy hours, Piazza Barche and Piazza Ferretto, which are all pedestrian areas.

If you walk along the street on the opposite side, at the corner with Via Torino, at the end of Corso del Popolo, you can find the new Campus of Ca’ Foscary University, the Shopping Centre with the Supermarket Interspar, a MacDonald’s and night pubs and bars.

In the neighbourhood you can also find public transports: the bus to move around Mestre are in Corso del Popolo, but there you can also catch the bus to go to Venice.

Once the booking is confirmed, you will have two weeks to provide the required documents. If the documents are not submitted within this timeframe, the booking will be cancelled.

The rental agreements are individual.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:

✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration

⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
