Here is the information on APP 221 VE located in Via Trentin, a side street of Via Miranese, a stone's throw from Piazza Donatori del Sangue in the center of Mestre (pedestrian area).
Piazza Ferretto and the other main squares are 5 minutes away on foot and in the area you can find all kinds of services: A supermarket 2 minutes away from the apartment, a gym, bars, pastry shops and much more.
Nearby there are also the splendid parks of Villa Querini and Parco Piraghetto, where you can take relaxing walks or a bit of outdoor physical activity.
The apartment has been completely renovated and furnished in a Modern Minimal style. It is located in an independent villa, on two floors. On the first floor there is a large Kitchen - Living Room, 1 Bathroom with Shower and 5 Single Rooms.

The bus stop to catch the bus to Venice is in Via Miranese, 50 meters from the apartment, and buses to move around the city of Mestre also run there.

Besides, to the price of the room, 80€ for our ALL-INCLUSIVE FORMULA will
be added. This includes:

The rental agreements are individual.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:
✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration
⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
