PAYMENTS:
The first month's rent will be paid directly through the platform. After the booking is confirmed, you will be required to pay for utilities, the security deposit, monthly cleaning services, and the agency fee. These payments must be made directly to our company and completed before move-in. Instructions for these payments will be provided after the booking is confirmed.
The agency fee is equivalent to one month's rent plus €150 for additional services. These services include the final cleaning at the end of the lease, continuous access to contract documents, and the ability to submit maintenance requests for the property while maintaining constant contact with us.
