The flat is located next to the Zbawiciela square, one of the most known places in the city. It is situated in a historic town house from 1950s which is a part fo iconic MDM Warsaw district. It's a perfect place for a single/couple who loves living the city life.
The surroundings are often called 'the Paris of Poland' due to the magnificent architecture and local lifestyle.
Shops, restaurants, bars, theaters, clubs, museums, public administration buildings, parks, cinemas and many more are located in a very close proximity of the apartment. It iakes as little as 3-4min to reach the most iconic restaurants and shopping street - Mokotowska.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
You can easily reach metro, bus and tram stops within 1-4min by foot from which you can go to any part of the city.

The windows exposure is northern, therefore it doesn't get too hot in the summer, but at the same time the flat is really bright due to the 4th floor and plenty of open space outside (the building in front is quite far thus it also provides extra privacy).
